You are responsible for your own internet connection and device. bts999 is not liable for losses or missed betting opportunities arising from connectivity failures, slow mobile data connections or device malfunctions on your side. The platform is optimised for mobile browsers used across Pakistan, but network conditions vary between Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.
A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation reference number from the Platform. bts999 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published market limits or that are placed on suspended markets.
Odds are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed. bts999 offers pre-match and live in-play markets across cricket (including PSL T20 and ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other sports. All event times are displayed in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5).
bts999 reserves the right to void bets where:
Markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sport governing body. bts999 will use reasonable endeavours to settle markets promptly following confirmation of official results. Settled amounts are credited directly to your Account Balance in PKR.
Live In-Play: In-play bets are subject to brief acceptance delays during high-traffic periods such as Pakistan cricket matches and PSL T20 finals. This is a standard platform protection measure and does not constitute refusal of a bet.
All deposits, withdrawals and Account Balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bts999 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, where a payment method involves an intermediate currency, the payment provider's own conversion terms may apply.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion's terms before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. During a bonus wagering period, a maximum bet limit per round or per bet may apply. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the Wagering Requirement within the stated expiry window will be removed from your Account automatically. bts999 is not obliged to extend bonus validity periods.
bts999 may withhold bonuses or winnings and close Accounts where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated multi-account wagering, systematic hedging strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk, or use of automated betting software during a bonus period.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bts999 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing period. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination — including Sections 9, 11, 12 and 15 — shall continue in full force.

When material changes are made, bts999 will update the "Last reviewed" date displayed on this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via the email address or on-platform notification associated with their Account.

Nothing in this clause affects the statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
